6 Month Ring Warranty

Love your simulated diamond ring so much that you want to protect it with a warranty?

Our 6 month warranty covers your ring for 6 months from the date of purchase.  We will replace any ring that loses a stone or has plating issues. This warranty is good for ONE replacement ring.  This warranty does not cover issues related to regular wear and tear, theft, or loss of ring.  

In order to process your replacement ring, you must first contact us at support@twigsvinesshoppe.com and send a photo of the ring showing the defect. From there, we will require return of the ring and we will send you out a replacement.
