Busy Mom Cornbread Casserole

My Busy Mom Cornbread Casserole recipe is a fan fav. Any time I make it for a gathering, I receive compliments on how delicious it is, and there are never leftovers. The best part is it's cheap and easy to prepare.

It's quite literally the easiest recipe ever!

Here's what you need:

1 can sweet corn

1 can creamed sweet corn

1 block butter (melted)

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

1 scoop of sour cream

Here's how to make it:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt your butter. Grab yourself a bowl. Dump all ingredients in except sour cream. Mix together until all the jiffy mix is well incorporated. Add a scoop of sour cream (think big spoon size) and mix.

Pour into a casserole dish. I actually use a 1.8 liter oval casserole dish for this.

Put in the oven for 50-55 minutes until golden.

That's it! You've got your go-to casserole dish for all your family events.
