Most orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, via standard ground shipping within approximately 4-5 business days, after payment has been received.
Our lead times will increase during our busiest months which are October, November & December.
Our BABY and CHILDREN'S ITEMS takes approximately 2-3 weeks because they are custom-made. RUSH PROCESSING/SHIPPING can be requested for these products only.
Our personalized PHOTO PURSES/WALLETS generally take a few weeks. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship for the smaller items, and approximately 6-7 weeks for the purses and totes, from the time we receive your photos.
When you receive your order confirmation, you will receive an approximate shipping date. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate the date when you checkout and we will try to accommodate your request.If a product is out of stock, you will be notified, and given an approximate shipping date.
REFUNDS and RETURNS:1. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
2. All PERSONALIZED jewelry and gifts are non-returnable. Once your order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. If the product(s) are damaged (see DAMAGED Goods below), they will be replaced using the exact engraving as the original order. If there is a change in the engraving, it will be charged as a new item. engraved
3. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date other than items that are broken due to the defect in materials or workmanship.
4. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Busy Moms Boutique. If it is determined that there is no damage, the item will be returned to the customer, and no credit will be issued.
5. Email us at admin@busymomsboutique.com with the reason for any return or exchange. All returns or exchanges are subject to approval.
6. Once you get a confirmation from us, please include a copy of your invoice with the return and state the reason for the return on the invoice. Please package the return item carefully as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur when you ship it back.
7. Any shipping, handling, and transaction fees originally paid are not refundable except if the return / exchange is a result of our error.
DAMAGED and SHORTAGE Claims:Claims for damaged goods, due to shipping, or shortage must be reported to Busy Moms Boutique within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged merchandise must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim with UPS.
BACK ORDERS:While Busy Moms Boutique makes every effort to maintain stock of all styles offered; this may not always be possible. In the event an item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to ship the item as soon as possible. When an item is back ordered, you will be given an approximate arrival date. These dates cannot be guaranteed.
MISCELLANEOUS:*Important Notice*Some of our products include small parts (i.e., buttons, etc.) so use caution when around small children; BusyMomsBoutique cannot be responsible for choking or injury that may occur as a result of using our products.
*Note Regarding Our Children's & Baby Clothing*If you receive your merchandise and see a small blue mark, it is a water soluable marker used for monogramming all items. They may also be seen near the buttons and button holes. We remove these marks from each and every item however, they can sometimes reappear. Simply dab the mark with a damp cloth and it should disappear.
